Yes — home delivery is available within Marj Al-Hamam and surrounding areas of Amman for a flat 2.00 JOD fee. Pickup can be scheduled via WhatsApp.
Bring the item back within 48 hours and we will re-clean it at no charge. Our quality guarantee has stood for twenty years — we stand behind every piece.
Most stains — wine, oil, ink, makeup — yes. Bring the item in as soon as possible and tell us what caused the stain. The faster we treat it, the better the chances. Some stains are permanent, and we'll tell you honestly before treating.
Absolutely. Wedding dresses, evening gowns, traditional jilbabs — we have decades of experience with delicate, beaded and embroidered pieces. Prices are quoted per piece based on complexity. Send us a photo on WhatsApp for an estimate.
We're open Saturday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Fridays from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. WhatsApp messages are answered throughout these hours, usually within minutes.
